Tremolo flamenco technique.

A technique that is very used in music styles such as Grindcore and Death metal, bands like Cannibal Corpse are fond users of this kind of playing. Tremolo picking is when you play one note rapidly. It's basically alternate picking but faster!

This is the 2nd part of the Farruca which can be played after the first Farruca lesson. The tremolo is a difficult technique, but at least in this piece it is all done on the 1st string.

Rasgueo is basically a rythm applied to one or more chords, so the essence of this lesson is rhythm.

Arpeggio exercise in the key of A Major.

Technique exercise. Will allow you to emphasize the thumb melody, whereas the index creates rythmic and harmonic support.

Here is another Study by Fernando Sor (1778-1839), this is an arpeggio study. While the left hand is pretty simple, the chord progression at the end is interesting, and it provides an excellent right hand workout.
